1. What this is
The Situation Room ("we") publishes a simulated ("paper") trading record of memecoins found by an automated scout. No real assets are bought, sold or held on your behalf or ours.
2. No advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Past simulated results do not predict future results. Memecoins are extremely risky; you can lose everything you put into them. Do your own research and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
3. Accounts and plans
Free, Pro and Max plans are currently a demo: all features are unlocked for every visitor, and no plan changes what you can see. Billing runs in Stripe test mode: no real charges. If real billing were ever enabled, prices, renewal and cancellation terms would be shown before any charge.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect immediately and your account returns to Free.
5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, or try to bypass the plan gating, and don't attack the service.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.
