A scanner that shows its work.
The Situation Room is a public experiment: an AI scout that sits in a dark room monitoring the situation on X around the clock, hunts viral narratives on pump.fun and paper-trades them, in public. Paper money only.
Why "the gap"?
Between a moment going viral on X and the crowd finding its coin there is a gap of minutes. The desk tries to work inside it, and to measure honestly whether that edge exists at all, including the gap between a rule's trigger level and the price a real exit would get.
Why paper?
Because the honest answer to "does this work?" needs a record nobody can edit after the fact. Every call is logged with its entry, exits, rule and post-mortem, losers included.
What's real
The ledger, every number on the dashboard and track record, the safety checks and the lessons. The money is not: it's a $1,000 paper bankroll and $100 per call.
